The Kaiyang Ping'an No. 2 Mine is located in a nationally planned mining area. The phosphate ore is rich in high-grade reserves, with a P2O5 content of 30% to 35% and a fluorine content of 3%, making it suitable for direct supply to yellow phosphorus production. Current proven reserves exceed 12 million tons, and at an annual extraction rate of 600,000 tons, the mine can sustain production for over 15 years. In neighboring areas, the Kaiyang phosphate ore reserves exceed 18 million tons; in the future, these reserves could be jointly mined, bringing total reserves close to 30 million tons and ensuring a stable supply for more than 50 years.
