Sichuan Luzhou Qingli Logistics Co., Ltd.
Luzhou Qingli Logistics Co., Ltd. (Luzhou Naxi Coal-Dedicated Terminal) is located on the north bank of the Yangtze River in Dadu Town, Naxi District, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province. It is 13 kilometers from Naxi District in Luzhou City and approximately 230 kilometers by road from Bijie City, the main coal-producing area in Guizhou Province. The terminal is part of a supporting project for the Nayong Coal Mine and occupies the closest position along the Yangtze River’s golden waterway to Bijie’s primary coal-producing region. Given the severe railway bottlenecks within Guizhou Province and throughout the southwestern region, investing in the construction of a Yangtze River port will enable high-quality, low-sulfur coal—produced in Jinsha and Dafang areas of Bijie—to be transported via waterways from the Yangtze River terminal to coal-deficient provinces such as Hubei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. By leveraging the low-cost advantages of water transport, this initiative will facilitate the eastward shipment of Guizhou coal, thereby achieving optimal economic benefits.
The terminal covers an area of 145 mu and boasts a 660-meter-long Yangtze River shoreline. It is planned and constructed to accommodate three 1,000-ton-class berths, with a total throughput capacity reaching 9 million tons per year. Currently, the first-phase project has already completed two 1,000-ton-class berths. The ship-loading operations employ a fully automated control system—pioneered domestically for the first time—that enables efficient, low-consumption, and environmentally friendly loading without moving the vessels themselves. The system is designed with a loading capacity of 1,500 tons per hour, meaning that a single berth can handle an annual throughput of up to 3 million tons. The coal storage yard is planned to adopt a fully enclosed, dust-free operation mode in accordance with the latest ecological and environmental protection standards for the Yangtze River, thereby meeting stringent environmental requirements.
Qingli Tianmeng Logistics Co., Ltd. holds operational qualifications for both general chemical products and hazardous chemicals, and is equipped with a fleet of transport vehicles. The company has established an operational network centered on Guizhou, Guangdong, and Guangxi, with the primary routes running between Fangcheng Port and Huangpu Port to and from Guizhou, gradually expanding its reach nationwide. The company primarily provides road transportation services for both containerized cargo and bulk goods.
